Toussaint with the shutout, Johnson with 3 points, 2 goals

Eagan had an easy time defeating the visiting Hastings Raiders 5-0, outshooting them 37 to 15. But none of the Wildcat goals came on even strength—four power play goals and one short-handed.

Hastings suffered a costly five minute penalty early in the 1st period that the Wildcats would capitalize on putting in three goals: Junior defense Eli Dolney popped in the first one assisted by Keegan Johnson and William Randall; Johnson scored the second goal, assist from Dolney; and Matt Bergom would put in the 3rd goal with assists from Jack Mason and Drew Wilson. The 1st period would end 3-0 Eagan.

Second period action saw another power play goal by Johnson, assists by Nick Sherek and Jonny Meiers. Then Meiers had a short-handed goal assisted by Johnson. The final period would be scoreless.

Senior netminder Brandon Toussaint had 15 saves in his 3rd shutout of the season.
